Zoo!

last week, avery took her first trip to the zoo! she didn't seem to love it, but didn't seem to hate it either. i think a lot of the animals were tricky for her to see (crazy little monkeys & baby penguins hiding in the shade). but madison has a free zoo - the Henry Vilas Zoo - so it was definitely worth a trip! i think we will try the zoo again at the end of summer/early fall and see what she thinks of it then!
