Avery had her first Dr. appointment on Thursday with Dr. Martinez (who is FABULOUS for any Roscoe/Rockford ladies!) She weighed in at 6 lbs 4 oz so she is almost back up to her birth weight. Got all checked out - eyes, nose, ears, back, tummy and received rave reviews from her doctor. Next check-up will be in 1 month! Nick and I are so glad to hear that she is a healthy girl! Friday I got my staples out and everything is healing nicely. I'm already down 22 pounds, so I have about 10 pounds left to my pre-pregnancy weight (but of course will try and get down more than that - swimsuit season is coming up after all!)
